Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Android application Caller ID, package callerfind.number.locator, published by AlinaDev.inc. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What the app provides

Caller ID provides phone-number formatting and analysis, approximate numbering-area information, safety guidance, search-history and settings features, advertising-supported functionality, and optional links to independent third-party lookup or location services. Information shown by the app is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

The app does not guarantee the identity, ownership, reputation, intent, or live physical location of any person associated with a phone number.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Caller ID only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights and privacy of others. You must not use the app to harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, unlawfully monitor, or obtain information you are not legally entitled to access.

You are responsible for the phone numbers you enter, the actions you take based on app results, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Third-party services and affiliate links

Some features can open independent third-party websites or services at your request. Those services may have their own accounts, pricing, subscriptions, consent flows, privacy policies, and terms. We do not control or guarantee their availability, accuracy, billing, cancellation process, or results.

Some links may be affiliate or referral links. We may receive a commission if you purchase a service after following such a link, normally at no additional cost to you. Any purchase is between you and the third-party provider.

Advertising and rewarded features

Caller ID is supported by advertising delivered through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may use mediation, and configured partners such as Meta Audience Network may participate in eligible ad requests. Advertising availability can vary by device, region, network conditions, privacy choices, demand, and provider availability.

Rewarded advertising is optional. When a reward is successfully earned, the app may grant app-specific lookup credits according to the current feature rules. Rewards have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be reset or removed when local app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Advertising and external services may process information under their own policies. Where applicable, Google privacy messaging is used to present advertising privacy choices.

Intellectual property

The Caller ID app, its original interface, branding, text, graphics, and developer-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, services, libraries, and advertising content remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the app or any third-party content. You may use the app only as permitted by applicable platform rules and law.

Availability, changes, and updates

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue app features, external-service links, advertising configuration, or operational settings. Some configuration changes may be delivered remotely without a new app version. We may also update these Terms when the service, law, platform requirements, or business practices change.

We do not guarantee that every feature or advertising source will be available at all times or in every country, device, or network environment.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the app, phone-number information, third-party services, advertising, or external results will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The separate Disclaimer forms part of these Terms and contains additional limitations relating to phone-number information, approximate location, external services, safety, and advertising.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AlinaDev.inc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from reliance on app information, use of third-party services, advertising, subscriptions, unavailable services, or actions taken by users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Suspension or termination

You may stop using Caller ID at any time and uninstall it. We may restrict or discontinue the app or particular features where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, abuse prevention, technical operation, or service changes.

Governing principles

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable law and mandatory consumer rights. Where a provision cannot be enforced as written, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue to apply.
