What can be deleted
Caller ID does not require a user account. Most app-specific information, including settings, recent search history, interface state, and rewarded-ad lookup credits, is stored locally on your Android device.
Because there is no Caller ID account, there is no account profile to close. The steps below explain how to remove local app data and how to request deletion of developer-controlled information where applicable.
Delete local app data
You can remove locally stored Caller ID data in any of these ways:
- Use any available clear-history or reset options inside Caller ID settings.
- On Android, open Settings → Apps → Caller ID → Storage and choose Clear data or the equivalent option on your device.
- Uninstall Caller ID. Subject to Android backup behavior and your device settings, uninstalling removes the app and its locally stored data from the device.
Clearing app data can also remove local preferences, saved state, history, and rewarded-ad credits.
Request deletion from the developer
If you believe AlinaDev.inc directly controls personal information about you that is not removed by clearing the app's local data, send a deletion request to [email protected] with the subject Caller ID Data Deletion Request.
Please include only the information reasonably needed to understand and process your request. Do not send searched phone numbers, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request information that is necessary to verify or complete the request.
We will review requests and respond or act as required by applicable law. In some cases, we may need limited information to verify the request or determine whether we control the data concerned.
Third-party data
Clearing Caller ID data or contacting us does not automatically delete information controlled independently by Google, Meta Audience Network, Histats when enabled, Google Play, or an external lookup/location provider you chose to use.
For information controlled by those providers, use the provider's own privacy controls or contact the provider directly. Their retention, deletion, legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations may differ from ours.
External lookup and location services
If you voluntarily used an external lookup or phone-location website opened from Caller ID, any information you submitted to that service is controlled by that provider under its own privacy policy and terms. You should use that provider's deletion or privacy-request process for data held by the provider.
Advertising privacy choices
Where available, Caller ID exposes Google's Privacy Options entry so you can review applicable advertising privacy choices. For supported U.S. states, Google's privacy message may provide choices relating to the sale or sharing of personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. Advertising providers may also offer their own privacy and account controls.
What this page does not do
This page does not delete app data automatically merely by being visited. To remove local data, use the Android or in-app steps above. To make a developer deletion request, email the address above. For third-party data, use the relevant provider's process.
