Scope

This Disclaimer applies to the Android application Caller ID with package identifier callerfind.number.locator, published by AlinaDev.inc (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

It applies to the app’s phone-number information tools, approximate number-origin information, safety content, optional external-service links, advertising, sharing, rating, and related features.

Informational purpose

The app is designed to help users review general information associated with a phone number and make more informed decisions about unknown or suspicious calls. Information shown by the app is provided for general informational and safety purposes only.

The app does not certify the identity, ownership, reputation, intent, or current location of any person associated with a number. A number may be reassigned, spoofed, ported, shared, routed through a business system, or otherwise differ from the information inferred from numbering data.

Accuracy and availability

Country, numbering-plan, line-type, carrier, region, or similar information may come from local libraries, public numbering metadata, or third-party services. Such information may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, outdated, or inaccurate.

Results should not be treated as proof of identity, ownership, fraud, safety, legal status, or physical presence. You should independently verify important information before taking action.

Approximate location and phone-location limitations

The app itself does not obtain or display the current GPS coordinates of another device from a phone number. Local “approximate location” information may reflect a country, numbering area, or other metadata associated with the number and should not be interpreted as the device’s live or exact location.

When you choose an external phone-location service, that provider may use a different process, such as sending a message or link to the target device and requiring interaction or permission from the recipient. Any location result supplied by an external provider is governed by that provider’s own functionality, terms, consent process, and privacy policy.

External services and websites

Some features can open third-party websites or services at your request. Current examples may include phone-information or phone-location providers such as eMobileTracker and Phone-Location.com. Available providers may change over time.

Third-party services are independent from Caller ID. We do not control their databases, prices, subscriptions, billing, availability, accuracy, delivery, consent mechanisms, or data practices. Before using an external service, review its terms, privacy policy, pricing, and cancellation conditions.

Opening an external service does not mean that we guarantee, endorse, certify, or warrant its results.

Affiliate disclosure

Some external-service links may be affiliate or referral links. If you choose to visit, subscribe to, or purchase from an eligible third-party service through such a link, we may receive a commission or referral payment.

Affiliate relationships do not change the limitations described in this Disclaimer. Third-party services remain responsible for their own products, claims, charges, support, and legal compliance.

Third-party purchases and subscriptions

Caller ID does not process purchases made on external websites. If an external provider offers a trial, subscription, one-time purchase, renewal, or other paid service, the transaction is between you and that provider and is subject to its pricing, billing terms, refund policy, cancellation process, and applicable law.

Do not assume that an external service is free merely because its website can be opened from the app. Review all pricing and subscription information before confirming a transaction.

Safety, fraud, and emergencies

Safety tips, quizzes, warnings, or number information in the app are educational aids and cannot guarantee protection from scams, fraud, harassment, impersonation, or other harm.

Do not rely on Caller ID to locate a person during an emergency, report a crime, determine whether someone is safe, or replace emergency responders, your telecom operator, financial institution, law-enforcement authorities, or other qualified services.

Responsible and lawful use

You are responsible for using the app and any external services lawfully and respectfully. Do not use them to stalk, harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, unlawfully monitor, invade another person’s privacy, or obtain information you are not legally entitled to access.

Where a third-party location or lookup service requires the knowledge, consent, or participation of another person, you are responsible for complying with those requirements and with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Advertising

The app may display App Open, interstitial, rewarded, and native advertising through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may use mediation, and configured partners such as Meta Audience Network may participate in eligible interstitial and native ad requests. An advertisement does not mean that we independently verify or endorse the advertiser, product, service, or claim shown in the ad.

Rewarded advertising is optional. Any app-specific benefit associated with a rewarded ad is governed by the app’s own feature rules and does not create a guarantee regarding the advertised product or service.

No warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caller ID and the information it provides are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of completeness, accuracy, continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for decisions, losses, disputes, charges, subscriptions, missed communications, inaccurate third-party results, or other consequences arising from reliance on app information or from your use of an independent third-party service.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Changes to this Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer when app features, external providers, affiliate relationships, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
